14-Day Refund Window
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. -
Condition Requirements (Refund Eligible)
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• Free from marks, scratches, or signs of wear
• In original packaging (including boxes, cards, tags, and accessories)
We inspect all returned items before issuing refunds.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items (Non-Refundable)
Custom, engraved, personalised, or made-to-order jewellery is final sale and non-refundable. This includes custom sizes or bespoke measurements. -
Hygiene Items
Pierced jewellery (e.g. earrings) cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons unless defective. -
Refund Method
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping costs and duties are non-refundable. -
Exchanges
Exchanges are welcomed for size or product swaps within 14 days, subject to stock. Exchange items must meet the same condition criteria. -
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Tracked shipping is recommended. V7 Karats is not responsible for lost returns. -
Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace or refund at no cost. -
International Orders
International customers may request refunds. Original shipping, customs, and duties are non-refundable. -
Approval & Inspection
Refunds are processed once the item is inspected and approved. This typically takes 3-7 business days from receipt. -
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
