Refund & Returns Policy 

  1. 14-Day Refund Window
    We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

  2. Condition Requirements (Refund Eligible)
    To qualify for a refund, items must be:
    • Unworn and unused
    • Free from marks, scratches, or signs of wear
    • In original packaging (including boxes, cards, tags, and accessories)

We inspect all returned items before issuing refunds.

  1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items (Non-Refundable)
    Custom, engraved, personalised, or made-to-order jewellery is final sale and non-refundable. This includes custom sizes or bespoke measurements.

  2. Hygiene Items
    Pierced jewellery (e.g. earrings) cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons unless defective.

  3. Refund Method
    Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
    Shipping costs and duties are non-refundable.

  4. Exchanges
    Exchanges are welcomed for size or product swaps within 14 days, subject to stock. Exchange items must meet the same condition criteria.

  5. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Tracked shipping is recommended. V7 Karats is not responsible for lost returns.

  6. Defective or Incorrect Items
    If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace or refund at no cost.

  7. International Orders
    International customers may request refunds. Original shipping, customs, and duties are non-refundable.

  8. Approval & Inspection
    Refunds are processed once the item is inspected and approved. This typically takes 3-7 business days from receipt.

  9. Cancellations
    Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
